Teams compete to promote the company vision and values. DJ Democracy is an exciting new motivational workshop concept that is both highly interactive and inclusive in nature and can be adapted to promote a wide range of common and bespoke corporate team building goals. Teams take to the turntables, adopting the role of DJ, to play tracks that reflect the company culture. This is a refreshing new approach to the concept of corporate entertainment, with the audience having the final say as to which team wins the day.
