Teams are encouraged to pull together in this inspiring challenge which combines the skills of creativity and communication. Flat Out — Rickshaw Rally tests the communication skills, collaboration and creativity of your people to build a full scale Rickshaw against the clock and against each other. Working from supplied plans, each team has to pull together to turn a ‘flat-pack’ kit of materials into the ultimate cardboard racing vehicle — ‘tricked out’ with some Bollywood Bling! The challenge concludes with a race, where the teams pit their Rickshaws against each other in a test of speed and control. A fun experience that brings out the best in your people and encourages ingenuity, co-operation and good-natured competitiveness.
